The commission process
Because nothing is pre-made, every order follows the same four steps — in this order, so your design is right before we ever pick up a piping bag.
Share your occasion, date and any inspiration through the design tool or enquiry form below.
We confirm flavours, tiers and finish together, and send a sketch or moodboard for approval.
Your cake is baked, filled and hand-decorated in the days before your event — never frozen, never rushed.
Choose collection in Burton-on-Trent or Derby, or local delivery, timed so it arrives exactly when your celebration needs it.
Design tool
Play with tiers, sponge, filling and icing colour to shape a starting point — this becomes the basis of your design consultation, not a final order. Your actual cake will be hand-finished by Anjie to match.
